The restaurant owner opened his first seafood stall in Linhai, Zhejiang in the year 1995, which is still very much alive in his memory.
After over twenty years, the idea of re-opening such a restaurant hit him so that he could share his fondest flavors with everyone.
Besides, it is also a cozy place for tipsiness and midnight snacks with friends. That’s where the name “Rongji Bistro” comes from.
